How long do I have to cancel a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the start time.
Is their an age restriction on your experiences?
All ages are welcome but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
Yes they are! Please let us know what we can do to accommodate your needs.
Do tours happen in the rain?
Yes, our guides will be there rain or shine (and as it’s the UK, rain is pretty common.)
Do I need to bring anything?
Some of the tours will have a short journey on public transport, which requires a contactless bank card, oyster card or paper ticket. Otherwise wear some comfortable shoes and maybe bring some water.
